Die etching processThe dimensional accuracy can generally be maintained at ±0.03mm, keeping the knife edge flatness at ±0.01 or so. Etching knife die is mainly used for die-cutting industry product labels, LCD modules, touch screen cutting, etc.

Maintenance measures for the etching die are as follows：

1、Open the tool die for processing and check the effect of external rust prevention. If there is rust, anti-rust treatment should be stopped. When the knife die is not used for a long time, it can be coated with grease or often sprayed with anti-rust oil, on average once a week, put it flat, loosen the roller knife pressure when stopping, and pay attention to the quality of die-cutting data.  

2、Stop one-sided recoil tool die when get off the machine and stop rust prevention treatment:first clean the tool die and then spray rust prevention oil. After getting off the machine, the tool die should be put in the designated place and recorded. When the abnormal condition of the cutter die is bad, it should react and stop processing in time.  

3、Send over the die processing, confirm whether the etching die processing is rusty, whether the knife edge is sharp, slumped, etc. The storage point of the knife mold should be kept at a certain temperature and not affected by humidity. Choose high quality steel, steel molecular structure is tight, knife body is flexible, bending after rebounding not much, molecular structure still adhere to the tight combination.
