1．After the customer determines the graphics, the secondary editing and processing is done by the professional design software.

2．Design data layering based on layout. Calculation, determination and format transformation of the corresponding parameters according to the process requirements.

3．The mask plate is manufactured using a positive photoresist, which is cross-linked inside the lithography of the exposed area by the action of the laser in the photolithography machine.

4．The unexposed area is retained and the film layer is protected by the action of the developer after exposure.

5．The part of the protective film layer will retain the pattern of the graphic, and then dissolve by etching solution for forming.

6．After the dissolution and molding, the excess photoresist is then removed through a demolding process to remove the demoulding solution.

7．Wash both sides of the mask plate with water to remove contaminants.

8．After completing the above steps, dimensional measurements are then performed to obtain the exact parameter values.

9．The next step is to test whether the mask version of the product meets the customer's custom requirements, and to fully inspect and confirm the good quality of graphics, ranking, scars, graphic edges, etc.

10．The good products are packed, sealed and labeled with various parameter values, batches, quantities, etc. for final shipment.
